Eat foods high in iron:

- liver o eggs
- dried fruits, like apricots, prunes, and raisins
- lentils and beans

Eat/drink foods that help your body absorb iron, like orange juice, strawberries, broccoli, or other fruits and vegetables with vitamin C.
